Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at support@arfour.com before sending your item. If your return is accepted, we will provide the applicable return instructions and, when appropriate, a return shipping label. Because our products may be fulfilled by different shipping partners, the correct return destination may vary depending on the item.
Please do not send products back to the address shown on the original package or to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Items sent back without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size or color.
The return shipping fee will be waived if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate instructions and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or other assistance.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
